I mean it plays out here in TH everyday.
The libbies are condescending and snarky towards the cons in almost every post.

    Blind as hell.
I got the feeling you believed this shit and that’s why you post anti maga all the time.
The cons aren’t nearly as “we’re smarter than you” and it isn’t debatable.
Interesting you see it that way.

You have been posting against “maga” for years now.
You’ve sided with the libbie mob and commented how dumb that side must be repeatedly.
My bad for reacting to your posting history.

Inflation was transitory. If it wasn't we'd still have high inflation. We don't. You seem to think prices have to go back down to 2020 levels for inflation to be over. That's not how it works. That would require deflation, and that's not something we want, unless you want all the wages to go back down to 2020 levels as well.

That's my point. Unless you think your years of posting against "libbies" is somehow not condescending.

You realize that inflation is the first derivative of prices, not the level of prices themselves, right? Inflation for food is currently 2.3%, for example. As a reminder, we don't want deflation due to the horrific incentives caused by deflation.

    Are you that thin skinned?
Did I claim you were low IQ?
It’s simply a quick way to describe the left.
    Come on.
You’ll need to look in the mirror and realize how you and the libbies posts come across.
It’s like watching MSNBC in here.
The Contempt drips from most libbie posts.

Wow, how thin skinned of you. You need to look in the mirror and realize how your posts come across. The contempt drips from your posts here.

You continue to absolutely prove my point. I never claimed "libbies" weren't condescending. In fact, I've been saying the exact opposite. You just only see it from one side because your bias blinds you to it. Condescention is rampant on this board from both sides, as it is on the whole in this political society.

Nonsense. Of course the rate will go up and down. The inference and statements made by the left was that prices would settle back down to there pre-Biden levels. They weren’t going to, didn’t, and won’t. You can play with your numbers, and yourself all you want to, but there was a big delay between the price increases and the wage increases. The wage increases could and most likely will drive higher inflation in the future and then we are back at square one. The Biden/Harris economy hurt a very large chunk of the population. Those are many of the people who saw through the bullshit and tossed Harris out.

No, you have no understanding of what inflation is. When people where saying inflation was transitory (which it was) they weren't saying prices would go back down to pre inflation levels. They were saying inflation would subside, which it did.

This is possible, but this is basically how I feel about the Republican Party. You don’t know best about what your kids should read, so we’re going to remove the bad books from the schools. You don’t know best about what nations to buy from, so we will raise taxes on goods from China. You don’t know best about where to eat, so we will outlaw Hamburger Mary’s. You don’t know best about how much to work, so we will lower taxes on overtime, but no other time. You also don’t know best about what news stories are good for you, so we will interfere with what social media is allowed to post. The list goes on.

It is funny how you are now switching to an "inference" based on a misunderstanding of what inflation is.

In terms of wage increases, they shot up in 2022. And lower income workers were actually outpacing every other group the entire time.

Again. Just a made up narrative by people who feel insecure about being able to defend Trump's stolen election nonsense and overall deplorableness. They want to think this election validates their deplorable ideas when all it does is validate people dont like high prices even if their income adjusts. The "I told you we werent losers" chant from right wingers who dodge every attempt at straight up discussion of facts is so desperate it makes me laugh audibly reading these posts.

However, to address your point, those who feel looked down on already were voting for Trump.
