Sure, but this isn't the employee handbook, its federal law...Title IX.

Yes the truth is often somewhere in the middle of both sides, or sometimes completely to one side - agree we don't really know anything until we hear his side of the story.

My thinking is, if his account was in fact hacked, the university would have come out immediately and said it was

I like him but if it is true what is alleged and he was stalking/harassing my daughter….well, I can’t say on this public forum.
If true, he was stalking/harrassing/trying to coerce someone’s daughter(s).
I hope it’s not true but it smells real bad at this stage.

No. Title IX applies generally to educational institutions that receive federal funding, it is not specific to just sports. For example if a regular professor at UF was doing the same thing, that could also trigger a Title IX investigation from women who feel the university is not protecting women adequately.

    From an article:

Under federal law, the school cannot comment on or even confirm any Title IX inquiries, complaints or investigations. School officials declined comment when reached by the AP. It was not immediately known if Golden has legal representation and he did not return a text message seeking comment.

On more than one occasion, the paper said, Golden allegedly took photos of women walking or driving and sent those pictures to the subjects involved. Alleged stalking incidents also included Golden, a married father of two young boys, showing up to locations where he knew the women would be.

I understand. I just think we don’t know the whole picture right now. He’s a bright dude from what we can see. I can’t imagine him doing this dumb stuff that he’s accused of.

I'm reminded how quickly we did a ritually stoning on Jalen Kitna based on a police case which was, shall we say, flawed. I'm keeping that in mind.

That said, this has a certain sting of truth. I'm devastated. CTG was the kind of coach I wanted to believe in.

Maybe Kelly Rae can have a killer year.

yes it could be something completely embellished or even false, we don't know
but if if he's sending pics and videos with his face visible, unless his account was hacked, that's a smoking gun.
The stalking part could be a coincidence, being in the same area etc.....but if you add it all up it does sound awfully fishy, or maybe just completely fabricated. At this point all we have is 2 women's claims. Time will certainly tell.

yes he was so good it was almost too good to be true. The guy could have been an NBA coach one day, or had his name on a college court's floor

that's just it. plenty of very smart men doing insanely stupid things when it comes to women
I've said it before, the only way for a woman to understand what's going on in a man's mind when it comes to women is if you told women they could only have one pair of shoes the rest of their lives. They'd be checking out new shoes all the time, longing for them, sending them all kinds of photos and videos...

Smart men can go crazy when it comes to their desire for women or the attention from women

You know women are a lot more complicated than that. Men are easy.

I had a boss who was extremely smart and great with managing people yet he could not keep his johnson in his pants and loved to go after married women- it finally caught up with him and cost him a bundle- as I heard all the time growing up- a stiff prick has no conscience

Pay attention to them and treat them right, and they got a lot less complicated
But yes overall I agree, they have something called "emotions" and those can get awfully mirky
