I do not think the jurisdiction can change but you can hope for a more friendly judge next time around.

No one. SCOTUS said it is one of the defined powers of the office and it is up to the POTUS alone to decide who gets them.

 

It would another first for trump. 1st POTUS to pardon himself or need to.
