You realize the courts didn’t rule on any of the merits right? They said Trump didn’t have standing. Once states stated to certify, the courts said he might have standing but then the courts said they can’t overrule an act of legislature. Supreme Court said they don’t want to be in the election decision business. So all the evidence Trump wanted to share with the courts wouldn’t ever be looked at. Was it enough or even good, guess we will never know.
He is not convicted. He was found guilty by a jury (extremely partisan jury). He is not convicted until his sentencing. Admitted to assault?

Your understanding of how the deportations process works is not shocking. Side note, there really should be therapy help for those with TDS. Doing 2 minute math; Overall turnout was down about 8-9%? That's a drop of about 6 million voters each. Trump was +12-14 with both Latino and Black male voters, using the last numbers I saw. That's a pickup of about 4 million voters for him, and an equal loss for KH. And he also picked some up in other demographics. Well.....that took a matter of seconds to figure out. Perhaps you're projecting because YOU can't figure it out?
