Fulton County DA Fani Willis has been overwhelmingly reelected with approximately 68% of the vote. She easily defeated Courtney Kramer, a lawyer who interned in the White House counsel's office under Trump. She can resume her very important work. As a Fulton resident tell me why this is good news ? Trump lost 27/71 in Fulton. Most candidates such as sheriff, solicitor, tax commissioner etc are dems that run unopposed. A milktoast establishment republican presidential candidate loses 3/1 in Fulton. You disingenuously mention she interned in WH under DJT as if that played a role in her loss. Welllllll, if you lived here you’d know an attractive blonde republican has a 0.0% chance of being elected to anything in Fulton and she got 20,000 more votes than trump. Guess your take is ‘Thank goodness someone survived this election to selfishly continue the proxy lawfare that cost dems the popular vote”. So yes, I agree….By all means. Keep it going…..
They are not going to do jack to Trump. A potus elect, then sitting potus is not going on trial in Georgia. Skating on all charges, fed and state. Equal justice under law, what a joke
"Lawfare" -- the made-up word used to arbitrarily deny criminal activity, as determined by grand jury indictments, by the most corrupt elected official in U.S. history.
The pot has been stirred enough. No need to stir it more. At least that will be the thinking on their end.
Although Trump kept the name when he converted it to a private club the estate was called Mar-a-Lago when it was opened up by Marjorie Merriweather Post in 1927.
Atlanta's still a baby as far as those are concerned. Pretty sure 1/2 of the MD police are actively running drugs themselves. Or, at least it used to be that way.
All good calls, but there are plenty of corrupt small towns. It's just nobody ever heard much about them.
