Nah man post all you want about Trump, it’s been litigated, and posted about 50 million times. But you and Jo can keep spamming what everyone already knows.

Just be honest and don’t act like Wild Bill was some saint with HRC actively trying to destroy his accusers when he was running. The stories were out there well before BC was sworn in. Those that deny it are no different than those that deny Trump’s crap.

    Yay team.

    False equivalency.

Were Bill and Hillary on speed dial with Putin or meeting with him with no other U.S. personnel present or tearing up and destroying the meeting notes of the only other person that was present? It is highly probable that criminal con-man Trump serves as a "useful idiot" for Putin, Xi and Kim.

I will continue reminding people of the criminal POS they are choosing when they vote for traitor Trump.

As a reminder, the Russia...Russia...Russia thing that Trump mocks did indeed happen, as confirmed by the U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee, headed by Republican Senator Marco Rubio.

.As a reminder, most of Trump's top appointees during his term as President know he's unfit for office.

Since we were discussing infidelity and sexual assault and you went all Putin I’d say you just tried to shift the goal posts.
    Carry on.

Personally speaking, looking for moral character amongst a group of politicians is like looking for a prostitute that's a virgin.

Except the latter is actually a lot more plausible.

Which is why I couldn't care less nowadays, the 'moral character' of a leader. Getting golden showers instead of a lump of coal is not a benefit, nor is it something to be thankful of. As long as he/she's not living in my home, sleeping with my family, I can forgive all the transgressions in the world except for the worst crimes known to man.

Morality is not limited to infidelity and sexual assault. I chose to address Trump's rampant criminality.

You'd cast a vote for President for a rapist?

Ever read the accounts of his accusers? Stuff from before he ever ran for President. Cornering women and grabbing their privates. Trying to put his hand up their skirts under the table at a crowded meal. All because he was the rich guy in a proposed business deal.

    Vile stuff.

Well most of America don’t give a ratass what some of his top appointees think? Fired people are not objective.

How bad of a candidate did Biden/kamala/Waltz have to be to lose to Trump. And not just the electoral college. They lost the popular vote as well as the house and senate…
Or maybe just maybe it is the Democratic message/policies that are the issue?

To be fair, it probably started with Clinton. That was the first time I saw Americans overtly look away from scandals that would have taken down Presidents in the past. That said, I think much of that was due to a belief that we'd lost some otherwise good candidates to similar scandals. Gary Hart comes to mind if you're a D.

Of course, once you break the seal. . . . it's all downhill from there. The other weird thing about the Clinton years is that his administration represented a clear shift to the right economically by D's, but you'd never know it from R rhetoric at the time. I think this pivot is a big part of this too. As the D's become cozy with Wall Street, it leaves less to differentiate themselves from Rs, and vice versa. And, thus, we got the culture wars because, in reality, there was nothing else left to separate yourself from the opposition.

I think the D party as we know it is dead, or needs to die. First off, the pivot to DEI, etc. has been a full-fledged disaster. The only viable alternative to MAGA moving forward would be a center-right party based on Bush-like principals. The interesting thing to watch is how the R's maintain their hold on the working class while also doing the bidding of guys like Musk, Thiel, etc. who have contempt for the working class and basically want to replace them with robots.

There was a time when I would have defended Clinton, but in time I've come to regret that vote more than any in my life. I think we live in a very different world if Bush gets a second term.

And then he sold out to the bankers and appointed Rubin's right-hand man (Geithner) to clean up Rubin's mess. THAT's where he lost America. THAT was the time to do something about the perverted economic system and he completely knuckled under.

Both parties have a ton of work to do IF the plan is to better represent their constituents. However, I do not believe either party will. I believe our national politicians are far more interested in the consolidated power in DC growing and the people’s power shrinking. Dems and pubs are fine waiting for their turn as long as the power they possess keeps growing and lining their pockets with money.
