It doesn’t fit the profile of “mass shootings” that get much reporting (at least once the details are known) from anyone other than the very local media. For a shooting story to get much widespread media coverage it seemingly needs to have one or both of “young depressed white male that everyone thought was crazy” or “scary looking black rifle,” and this story had neither.

 

Not just ending other lives, but effectively emding your own
