The really sad thing about the Access Hollywood video is that Trump opened the door on what was going on in Hollywood, but no one bothered to look in. People were so laser focused on Trump that they didn’t bother to consider the many other people in Hollywood committing these crimes. Women had to suffer another two years before the Me Too movement started.

Trump mocking the reporter was kind of the first glimpse into what he was. I remember long gone posters here defending it that he was doing something else and not mocking the reporter. Those defenses were the first glimpse into what MaGA was as well. Definitely become numb to at at this point. Like you said. So your message is that what happened to the women in Hollywood is no big deal because it happens everywhere. That’s a very sad take on it. I wasn’t giving Trump credit for anything.
