    You didn’t attach the article, but you are missing my point. What I was saying was that prior to Trump being in office, each of the NATO members agreed to work their way up to a military budget that was at least 2% of their GDP. This didn’t have anything to do with Donald Trump as far as I know.

    Maybe I am misunderstanding the point or thought process. Kinda sounded to me like they are saying Europe better get its own ducks in a row because they won't be able to rely on America if Trump gets back in office.
