I personally would’ve preferred they just did home/home again for 2yrs. It was spectacular for the good guys last time.

Agreed seems like a major missed opportunity for a home and home

One of my best days ever was hanging 52 on the butt sniffers at Fred Sanford Stadium

I’ll say the quiet part out loud. Until UF fields a team that can compete on the field with them I don’t want the mutts anywhere near Gainesville.

I just read that the stadium in Jax would be undergoing renovations. Apparently, a home and home wasn't scheduled because the money was better to play in Atlanta and Tampa.

At least the one in Tampa is close to home. Will definitely go to that one. Who knows, maybe by that time we will have a competent coach and a bunch of great linemen. Or Kirby will have half of his players in the penitentiary.

And not sure why Nappy is being asked his thoughts on this. Its not like he's going to be around for that. Might as well just ask some random guy

I think people who are wanting a home and home are also overlooking the fact that the Swamp may also be undergoing renovations during the same time frame.

There's also the factor that neutral site games have a higher pay out overall since both teams get 3 mil each (and climbing) game instead of zero when playing away from home. It just makes sense fiscally to keep playing on a neutral site.

Absolutely this. Georgia in the swamp….that would be a wild environment.

    Grr Tampa?

Orlando would have been better IMHO. More centrally located.

The downtown Orlando environment is terrible for a game. Too much crime on the streets, parking is terrible, and getting out of downtown after the game takes hours. The stadium environment is just as bad. It takes forever to get in and out of the stadium itself, and the concession lines are impossible. I went to the last two games we held there, and, I will never go again. And, hey, I lived 35 years in the Orlando area, so, I'm not being biased. Hard no for an Orlando game.

In an article in TOS, they mentioned that both teams would get a much larger payout doing these so-called neutral sites than they would in a home/home...
