Might want to read the article on the Washington Post yesterday that I found interesting. It says some Republican and Independent women plan to split their ticket on abortion and Trump. God knows they aren’t a right leaning paper. Shout out to Joes gaffe. He was just supposed to stay in the basement and not venture out. Gift that keeps giving.
I did put up I took your great advice and bet the Gators over Miami. Not only reason but you have been right in the past.
Listen, Oliver seems like a good man. I'm glad he beat out the Nazi side of the Libertarian Party that the MAGA infiltrators were pushing. But Harris, herself, was very pro-immigration until it became a political quagmire. Am I happy about it? No. But compromise is the name of the game when you have to build a broad coalition and get things done. Are there things I believe you can't compromise on? Sure. But Harris checks those boxes for me.
Oh I don’t mean to denigrate Harris at all. My preference for Oliver is largely philosophical. Eg a ban on grocery price gouging sounds like a wrong move to me, but I see why a lot of people would like that proposal. I think Harris’ compromises on the border make total sense to me. I wish more politicians were willing to make such compromises.
I must say it's worrisome to see someone push people so hard to make a bet for money with people online they've never met before. There are dozens of posts in this thread alone of the OP attempting to pressure people to wager money. Some of the biggest scams in history have been carried out by people that most people thought were straight up, but it turned out differently. I personally don't think it should be allowed here to bully someone into making a wager of money. It's the internet. Anybody in authority will tell you to be extremely cautious with sending money to people you don't know. Especially people you've only met online. The initial post was meh, but the pressure tactics keep persisting and persisting. If people don't want to take the bet, that should be respected for obvious reasons. Even if Trump was leading the polls by 30 points right now, it's generally not safe to send money to someone you've never met before...period. That in of itself should raise some pretty obvious red flags. For all I know, the OP could be totally legit and straight up. But truthfully, if he/she was straight up, would they be pushing people so hard to part ways with money by gambling? Would they not have more respect for people's personal decisions on what to and what not to do with their hard-earned money?
Yeah I’m sure all them Jewish Muslim and Blacks that attended are loyal Nazis. Come on man I thought you were better than that. It’s ridiculous.
e.e. cummings poem. Memorized it 53 years ago. Still know it by heart. Buffalo Bill used to ride a water-smooth silver stallion And shoot one, two, three clay pigeons just like that. But what i want to know (insert Harry’s tatoo).
