75,000+ People Rally at Capital For Harris Crushing Record

    A nice twitter summary by Aaron, as always, below the Newsweek article on Harris' speech last night. She absolutely killed it. It was Presidential in every way that Trump's speeches are not. It was structured, informative, emotional, and inspirational. It was a better closing argument than Trump's "America is a dumpster fire and Puerto Rico is floating garbage" speech this weekend.

    The crowd size apparently means she will win in a landslide as we were told in 2020.

    More than 75,000 spectators gathered in Washington, D.C., to hear Vice President Kamala Harris' closing argument speech at the same site of former President Donald Trump's infamous "Save America" rally that preceded the January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

    Harris' event at the Ellipse arrived one week before Election Day and followed Trump's closing arguments at Madison Square Garden on Sunday that received backlash for its inflammatory and racist rhetoric.

    As the vice president took the stage Tuesday night, her campaign's rapid response director, Ammar Moussa, posted to his account on X, formerly Twitter, that there were "OVER 75,000 people on the National Mall to watch Kamala Harris deliver her closing remarks."

    Win or lose, Kamala has run one hell of a race. She and Walz have put in the work, tried to expand her tent, while running a campaign on joy and progress.

    Lots of people hate rape, crime, colluding in an election with another country, stealing and trying to keep classified documents, criminally trying to overturn an election.

    It only stands to reason that they would feel strongly about someone who does all of those things.

    The only strange thing is why those deplorable acts are tolerable to so many people. Like you.

    And she did it smack dab in the middle of Trump Country - rural Alabama rollll tiiiide!!! err, no she actually did it in all within a 10 mile radius of 1,000,000+ Democrats. But hey.. baby steps...
