So, is it murder or not? Answer the question. And then show me how that works in terms of policy.

Or we could just finish up that wish sandwich. . .

I believe 'murder' infers illegal so I wouldn't use 'murder' if it happened in certain situations. You're welcome to do so if you wish.

I've been assuming you are asking these questions because you are for a total ban on abortions. Is that correct?

Oh, because it will never sell politically? Got it. Make sense. The pro-life movement is all about muddying the waters. If they had to clarify their position and actually come up with real policy, they'd be out of business.

Wish sandwiches and baying at the moon. So impressive.

No, I don't see it as my or my government's business. Meanwhile, you give us wish sandwiches with an extra helping of "feels". So typically MAGA.

My point is you're in favor of murdering an innocent person in limited situations, since you believe a fetus is a person and abortion is murder.

Well, 'murder' is illegal so, under my plan, it would not be 'murder'.

    But it's absolutely killing.

No, but when discussing whether or not the law is correct, using the words the same way as the law will make the discussion more clear.

I have heard it and said it myself. The device that converts electrical activity on a smear of muscle tissue into what we hear as a heart beat is called a Fetal Heart Rate Monitor

    Actually yes.

You can shoot a car jacker if you are in danger.

There are factors which impact the legality of outcomes.

Yes, but the car jacker isn't the person in danger in this metaphor. The fetus didn't rape the woman. Basically, the question here, if you believe his assumptions, in the scenario, are can I shoot an innocent bystander because somebody stole your car?

    You are missing the point.
Point is you can believe there should be exceptions to a rule.

No, I get his point. It just isn't a good one. I highly doubt that he would argue that being the victim of a crime means that I get to kill the next three month old that I see. The "exception" in this case appears to be driven by "We will lose elections if we don't add exceptions."

I cant speak for him, but my reason is I think it can harm a mother to be forced to carry a child from rape. Elections be damned. If I cared about those, I would hold my nose in this one.

But everyone likes to say that you have to be all in or all out in regards to abortion bans, but we have exceptions to everything, Including death of human beings outside of the womb.

Its isnt disingenuous to allow some exceptions to a sincerely held belief.

    Its in the opening paragraph:
"Within 24 hours after fertilization, the egg that will become your baby rapidly divides into many cells."
    Ok "doctor" dangole.

You said "no one says that".
Many moms do and many medical professionals do.

Do you understand what 'will become' means? And I said no one says 'we have a baby' when they announce that they are pregnant. That would be a very weird way to say it. People say they are going to have a baby or that they are expecting.

    Misread...apologies

...but regardless, I can and have listed many articles in the past calling unborn babies...babies.
