Group of 8 teenagers antagonize Dem supporters at Neptune Beach polling place...1 arrest

    A group of 8 teenagers, 7 juveniles and 1 adult, went to a Neptune Beach polling place with the intent to "protest and antagonize" Harris supporters. The Harris supporters were peaceful, lawfully carrying signs to support Harris. The teens approached the Dems and started an argument. The 18 year old then brandished a machete with an 18" blade over his head in a threatening manner at two of the Dem women, aged 71 and 54.

    He was arrested and charged with one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a third degree felony punishable by a maximum of 5 years in prison, and improper exhibition of a dangerous weapon, a first degree misdemeanor (max 1 year county jail.)

    It takes a special kind of tough to go after elderly and middle aged women with a machete. I'm sure he comes from a wonderful family.

    I read that story this morning. A group of far-right Trumpy teens using threats of violence to intimidate at the polls - one with a freakin' machete'.

    Not weird at all.

    Nope, nothing to see here...

    I really don't see any way out of our current political situation without a mass cult deprogramming effort or some even more unfortunate measures.

    I’ve heard other reports of Trump supporter intimidation tactics at polls - less extreme but real.

    Honestly the weirdest part of this story to me is the ages. I didn't know any 17 or 18-year-olds that gave a shit about politics some of these kids can't even vote yet

    Not sure how people have gotten this crazy over politics.

    Saw a video on Twitter/X a day or two ago that I think was somewhere in the Carolinas of two groups of sign wavers screaming at each other in the street, a teen runs and tries to tackle one of the Trump folks and someone catches him and puts him in a headlock while some lady in a mask screams “let him go!” over and over.

    What an idiot ... it's hard to imagine anyone things this okay anywhere, let alone a polling location ... but it explains why people vote for Trump.

    So dumb. Jackasses. The photo makes it look like this idiot moron wanted his 15 minutes of internet fame.
    I hope it was worth it. And I will say this.. I know plenty of over fifty men that would have used that machete to beat his ass if he’d acted that way with them.
    I truly hope no one left without voting or let these donkeys run them off.
