In all fairness, Biden is commenting on people who are willing to vote someone for President of the United States who;

- is a convicted felon, adjudicated and admitted sexual assaulter, serial adulterer, stole from his own charity, ran a scam university, has been accused of sexual assault or rape by approximately 25 minutes, knowingly accepted help in an election from Russia, is a serial liar, continues to tell racist lies, lies about the election, lies about the FEMA response, enacted a criminal conspiracy to overturn an election, stole classified documents and enacted a criminal conspiracy to not return them........

Many people would look at all of those facts and opine that Biden was being generous and gracious with that characterization.

 

Yes so he is calling over 80 million Americans garbage. That tactic worked out well for Hillary.

Props, hard job. No shade but I find improv to be very very uneven. Off the cuff humor seems to hit maybe 15% of the time where as standup prepared sets is more like 70%. That Drew Cary show had some legendary improv bits mixed in with zillions of hours of not funny stuff. But im not expert.
