And unlike the rally, this wasn’t a comedic context spoken by a comedian known for roasting everyone.

I’m not going to pretend I think this is that big a deal under the current toxic status quo. But it’s certainly a bigger deal than the comedian’s joke about Puerto Rico at the Trump rally.

My comprehension of Trump’s garbage can comment is that he contends that outside countries consider us a garbage can dumping ground. Biden apparently agrees that half of us are garbage. I think they both are full of crap.

Nah. Trump unequivocally is saying countries are dumping their trash (people) on us. It goes along with his “insane asylum” schtick. He’s calling asylum seekers (people) trash.

That comedian’s joke was very much on brand, they just forgot Puerto Ricans are U.S. citizens and voters.

Maybe it’s because the rhetoric is disturbing? Like… when you use crazy fascist rhetoric it’s not even hyperbole. It’s just calling it what it is.

Stephen Miller gave one of his “Blood and Soil” speeches. (What that poster referred to).

Some crazy was waving around a crucifix while calling Harris the Antichrist.

Another crazy referenced “slaughtering” enemies.

Those were just the clips I saw of the guests, I assume there was much more and Trump had his typical deranged riffs.

 

Given Biden‘s history, I’m pretty sure he was talking specifically about those who support those type of comments.

Ironically, now he looks like one of them.
