Puerto Rico has a >3 to 1 ratio of Dems vs. GOP. It's much deeper blue than Vermont, Hawaii and California. So, when you hear all the faux outrage coming out of Puerto Rico, just know that it's politically motivated. In fact, if you are truly concerned about Puerto Rico, you should do a deep dive into the level of corruption that exists there. It's a pretty sad state of affairs.

    Trump won’t apologize.
He will blame the comedian and then talk about how he loves PR more than anyone ever had or ever could. And that he did more for them than anyone in history. And how anyone who is trying to use this against him is part of the enemy within.

Sure... let's conjecture about what a Trump presidency might look like based on a joke by an opening act comedian, rather than based on an actual record as POTUS which we actually have... Lol!

“These people have no sense of humor,” Hinchcliffe wrote on X. “Wild that a vice presidential candidate would take time out of his ‘busy schedule’ to analyze a joke taken out of context to make it seem racist.”

“I love Puerto Rico and vacation there,” he continued. “I made fun of everyone…watch the whole set. I’m a comedian Tim…might be time to change your tampon.”

Comedian Tony Hinchcliffe defends Puerto Rico jokes at Trump rally
    -----------------------

Seems like travel records would be pretty easy to verify, so he put himself out there if he says he's been to Puerto Rico. I bet 90% of the Dems feigning outrage over his jokes have never been to Puerto Rico.

Really want to look at Trump's POTUS record? The COVID handling disaster? Inflation 36% higher than Obama with Trump's trade war killing the US soybean industry? How about the revolving door of cabinet members; many of which ended up as convicted felons?

Not properly vetting a comic and his set before a rally is just another example how the Trump admin is incompetent. A blatant reminder of all the crap we endured, and hopefully won't have to endure again.

    Dude's a dumbass.

He shoulda said Cuba instead of Puerto Rico.

Cubans would have agreed with him.

(...and by 'Cubans', I mean 'us'--WE Cubans, who are here, bc we or our predecessors left the island precisely bc the shitbuckets in power, rendered it trash. M'frs... and btw, why we don't want the dumbs to remain in power, bc they seem hell bent on rendering this country into a trash heap).

Hey now, he did successfully manage to divert a hurricane with a sharpie, gave us the best healthcare plan and would have bought Greenland if not for that nasty Danish prime minister.

    Campaign on that bro.

Btw, have you noticed how Trump IS campaigning on that..

...but for some mysterious reason, sKamala is not.

    ...huh...

Mayhaps you ought to get on the horn and offer your sage advice. Lol!

Best step to it...times running short!

The irony is that he was vetted. Apparently in his original monologue he wanted to refer to Kamala Harris as a c**t and the Trumpers who reviewed the text decided that was going too far even for a Trump rally.

Even conceding that the Island has a lot of problems it's not exactly good politics to in effect insult every resident of the state. Extremely anecdotal based on interviews while Hispanic residents of Pennsylvania already committed to Trump didn't change their minds Hinchcliffe's performance at MSG did persuade previously undecided voters of Puerto Rican descent in that state to commit to Harris. Once again there are almost 500,000 residents of Puerto Rican descent living in Pennsylvania and in a state decided by very small margins in both 2016 and 2020 a small shift can be the difference in the EC.

My neighbor across the street is a big Puerto Rican rap star and big buddies with Bad Bunny. For months he has had Trump signs in front of his house....those are now gone. I'm not sure his followers are the "voting" type (he's the gangster variety rapper), but it does reflect the sweeping scope of the MSG rally.

On a happy note for MAGA, my other neighbors are Paula White (Trump pastor) and her hubby Jon Cain (Journey). They are still repping Donnie super hard.

When you're at your HOA block parties, is it easier to understand the Puerto Rican gangster rap or Paula White speaking in tongues? Definitely doesn't sound boring.

MAGA spinning this as, "Well Puerto Rico has problems" is just classic classic stuff. Really top notch
