I’m a hard core anti-Trumper. I love triggering the pro-Trump crowd with bets, and @vegasfox still owes me $2,000 over a bet.

That said, I truly think this election will be extremely close. Let’s take a super scientific poll I took based on a conversation with my senior citizen mom yesterday. She was a life long Republican before Trump. Reluctantly voted for Trump in 2016, enthusiastically voted Biden 2020 and just cast an early ballot for Trump in yesterday.

Here is the relevant part, she asked that I not tell my younger brother that she voted for Trump because well he is a Trump hater in every sense of the word. He has crippling medical problems and can’t stand bullies. Same with my mom’s church crowd, she isn’t telling them she voted for Trump. I just think that numerous conversations like this are happening across Georgia and Pennsylvania, and Pollsters truly can’t correctly factor that into the polls as Trump is a uniquely offensive candidate and Harris doesn’t move the needle with certain groups.

Bank and energy stocks are also suggesting the market thinks Trump will win. Hope I’m way off. And as you said, it comes down to five counties in Pennsylvania. I’m actually in Philly for work and the bombardment of political ads from both sides is crazy. Signs on every street corner and literally every commercial is a negative ad bashing Harris, Trump or one of the two Senators running in the state.

 

I owe you $2000? Not true.. The only way I could prove I had four 99's on my PCAT was to get someone from the UF Pharmacy school to pull my old records up. I called the pharmacy school office and got a recording saying they were closed for the day. I then called another number 352-273-6605 (college of Pharmacy development and alumni affairs, as it turned out) that I I got off the internet for what looked like a pharmacy school number and got a lady named Victoria. I told her about our $2000 bet and that I would split my winnings with her 50-50 if she could find my PCAT transcript. She was pretty happy about making $1000. This was on a Friday and she said she'd talk to the pharmacy school office and get back to me Monday or Tuesday. Never got back to me.

I can think of 3 people who know I got four 99% or thereabouts on the PCAT.

1. A pharmacy associate professor in Virginia who has an account on X who was 15 feet away from me when my dad called me with my PCAT scores

2. A guy named Gary X who is sort of a regional director for Target pharmacy in South Florida.

3. Ron X fr9m Miami area who walked around our pharmacy class asking what our PCAT scores were. He said I had the highest score.

I really wouldn't want to bother these guys for a $2000 bet especially when you could say you don't believe them.

If I can't pull up my old transcripts there's no way to settle the bet. If you want to increase the bet to $10,000 I'll let you contact the above people and I'll split some of your cash with them.

I will call the pharmacy office before noon today, could be that Victoria dropped the ball but I assume my transcripts are no longer available

The associate pharmacy professor I referenced will remember for sure that I had four 99%s. Gary X will say four 99's sounds about right and Ron X will say. four 99's sounds about right. Is that good enough for me to win the bet? No way I can provide transcripts if they're no longer available.

So the truth is you owe me money but I assume you will never pay because I can't provide you with transcripts that no longer exist and you won't accept testimony from people in my pharmacy class. You got off easy.

There’s far too many democrats out there so you guys have the numbers. They’re literally everywhere and easy marks.
All you have to do is scare them into voting and they will.

I've already bet all that I want on this election and for the most part I got better odds than you're giving.

2-3 months or so ago you could get a 10:1 payout if you bet Trump to sweep Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin. What odds would you give ime f I bet you on a Trump sweep of those 3 states?
