On the other hand, there's plenty of evidence of Trump and Trumppublicans not just cheating, but criminally trying to overturn an election.

A ballot received within three days with an indeterminate postmark could already be counted, so while I agree with the concurrence personally (that the RNC didn't have standing but that the statute plainly requires a postmark of some kind) I don't see this as a likely mechanism of "cheating" given that we are talking about an infinitesimally small number of ballots.

If after the election a huge number of unpostmarked ballots are counted and swing the result then I will agree with you that Nevada was stolen.

also since the judges are non-partisan I'm not sure how it would be "the Democrats" stealing anything
