For better or for worse, Georgia is an indispensable element of the WLOCP--one of the greatest traditions in all of CFB.

Oh, and Ray Charles. Georgia native who grew up in and spent much of his formative years in Florida--so he's kinda both of ours. Like the WLOCP. And for one week a year, we surely have...

 

I've enjoyed some visits to Savannah. I've got nothing else.

I am retired living just outside of Savannah. I can tell you the seafood is great. River St. is a lot of fun. Really good restaurant scene for a town of it's size. That said it is really getting old losing to the butt sniffers here.

Stop traffic. There are fewer than 200 Waffle Houses in Florida? I could have sworn I saw at least that many in Pensacola alone. When I was in flight school, I lived in an apartment complex by I-10 where you could see two Waffle Houses, one on each side of the interstate, from my bedroom window.

Hey Valdosta, there is no direct correlation between "tata bars" and Waffle House is there? I mean thats impossible isn't it?? LOL

 

Are tata bars those weird topless restaurants? I went to one of those once while on the run from a non-existent warrant. It was. . . strange. Imagine if you will some woman in her 40's serving you a burger and fries with no top on while smoking a cigarette while she tells you about her kids that are your age.

I was referring to any Georgia business that shows the female anatomy, particularily the mammary gland without cloth.

 

Camera phones didn't exist back then. They did shortly after and I had mine confiscated by a stripper in an all nude joint in SC. Sorry, she still has those pics.

 

There should be more topless burger joints. I'm old enough to enjoy those hangers now.

Edit: Damn good burger and fries too. There's still a sign on the highway just past Athens out in the middle of BFE stating that they're still in business. I've had the wife with me each time I've traveled that way, so I cannot confirm it's continued existence.

Outside of Atlanta the tata bars in Georgia are pretty lame. Unless you are a UGA football player. In that instance any bar will do.
