The OP's attention is invited to Cuba for guidance. There are over 35,000 Cubans living in the US with active deportation orders. The ones deemed to be dangerous are in detention centers, the rest are out and about on orders of supervision.

Which whether you like it or not, is still a crime. And for a lot of us it's a pretty big crime. Very few crimes bigger than violating the sovereignty of another country. So anyone here illegally and not documented is by definition a criminal. So the illegal immigrant community is by definition 100% criminals, which is obviously far beyond the general population.

If these people will violate our sovereignty, we have no clue what other laws they will violate as well.

Simple. As their home country, they have a legal obligation to take their citizens back. If they refuse, then clearly inform that country that the United States will consider the illegal presence of their citizen on U.S. soil an attempt at invading the United States and therefore an act of war.

And obviously the repercussions for not taking them back would be simple. Start with economic sanctions and cutting off any money supply from the U.S. to that country, both by the Federal Government and by any citizen. So if Honduras, for example, refuses to take back their citizens, freeze out Honduras financially just like we've done with Russia. Economic sanctions, no Federal Government money or aid sent to Honduras and no transfers of money between Honduras and the U.S.

And yes that will include the illegal immigrants from Honduras as well. So those Hondurans, who are only here to send money back to Honduras (therefore hurting the local economy, wherever they are in the U.S.), will be locked out of sending money back to Honduras. No more going to Walmart or Western Union on pay day to send the money back to Honduras. This of course eliminates their primary reason for being here.

If that does not work, then up the ante and advise that the U.S. will fly the illegal immigrants back. So again use Honduras as an example, advise Honduras that you will be flying the Hondurans back to Honduras, processing them through the U.S. Embassy in Honduras before releasing them back into the country. Advise Honduras that, once again, if they attempt to block this process, that will be considered an act of war with repercussions. Advise that if they stop the planes, the U.S. will then send the planes with a military escort and will also include some of our criminals on death row with the local population.

It would be fun to see how those countries would respond when it's turned on them. The U.S. releasing its most violent and death row criminals on their soil.

If all else fails, advise the country that military action will not be off the table. Considering that no Central American or South American country could afford (either financially or militarily) the risk of taking on the U.S. in a military conflict, I think they'll take their citizens back.

LOL if you are even remotely serious. See post #23 to get a feel for what absolute nonsense your suggestions are. (BTW, even if you deport everyone of them tomorrow, you're still not going to get a white woman to date you.)

We should send a bill to wherever his ancestors immigrated from.

    You have to love populism.

Say something which will heighten anger/emotions of the electorate
Promise an outcome, not a plan
    Get elected on the promise.
Blame others for blocking while in office.
Round and round and round again.

Last time it was the wall.
This time it's pet-eating foreigners, insane asylum criminals who are taking over. I mean why dabble with anything like reason or fact when voters will lap it up?

Populism is the kryptonite of real, substantive politics.

    You nailed it.

And there are educated people who buy into his garbage. To be fair though, it is a very well packaged delivery and consumption of outright racism. We should give credit where due.

Some of those "criminals". And even if we're just talking about the adult males who illegally crossed the border the chances are far greater that they're engaged in types of productive activity that native born Americans refuse to do like picking crops or working in meatpacking plants than are engaging in acts otherwise considered to be criminal in nature.

To be fair, I don't think that's a Donald Trump issue. I think it's the tenet of populism in itself. It exists everywhere because the only way to hold anyone to account is to vote them back out after voting them in!

    Everyone wants free puppies.
Sadly, too many believe they're really going to get one.

Voting them out only works if you continue to have free and fair elections. If Trump is elected, he'll make sure we have Putin-style rigged elections.

I'm sorry but get it through your thick skull. They are here illegally, so they are 100% criminals.

And honestly, I don't care if they are Mother Theresa. If U.S. citizens commit crimes, they will face justice. But U.S. citizens have rights and get the benefit of the dough that illegal immigrants don't get.

They are here illegally or they blatantly lied on their asylum appeal (which most do just to get into the country, knowing they will never show up to the hearing), they get deported. Every single one of them. I don't care if they are the greatest person in that community.

We are still a nation of laws. You are here illegally, you get deported. I don't care if you are otherwise a good person or what you sob story is. Go back home and if you want to come back, go through the legal process.

But that makes you like them more, correct?

Aren't you voting for a criminal to be President?

You mean the laws that you like, right? Or the laws besides the ones broken by your convicted felon?

Also; now do the criminal conspiracy to overturn an election. We're a nation of laws, right?

Ever speed while driving and not get pulled over? J-walked without a ticket? How about accidentally walked out of a store and forgot to pay for a candy bar or something small? If you said yes to any of these, then you, my friend, are a criminal too and on par with undocumented immigrants.

Now the man you are voting for President? 34 felony convictions. Do you care about that at all? Why or why not?

And we should care about what the immigrants here are doing. Unless you have a plan to replace 1 million workers in agribusiness, 1 million in construction, 1 million in food services, and 5 million more in other industries.

How does it feel to know that, once Trump is Elected, all of that goes away? How does it feel to know that all of your political persecutions (which is all that ever was) didn't work? That you side threw every thing they had and still couldn't stop Trump.

You and your Democrat friends will spend more time in jail than Trump ever will. Trump will never sit 1 day behind a jail cell? Tell me how it feels.

It will be so amazing when it will be the Democrats who have to answer to their crimes of stealing the 2020 Election and engaging in political law fare. It will be so amazing to see Democrats being the ones who get grilled, the ones who will be in court rooms. It will be amazing to see Kamala Harris and the Biden administration being grilled on them hiding the clearly declining health and mental faculties of Joe Biden. And it will be glorious to see Democrats going behind bars for betraying the U.S. I hope Trump starts the investigations on Day 1.

How does Trump corrupting the federal judiciary make a NY state conviction go away? Please explain.

Your felon is a felon no matter what happens.

    Enjoy supporting a felon.

Pretty big difference between speeding or jaywalking (is that even a thing anymore?) and violating the sovereignty of another country. And it has been shown that illegal immigrants have committed other serious crimes as well.

What do you say to the parents of the children who have been murdered by illegal immigrants? What do you even attempt to say, knowing that if that illegal immigrant wasn't in that country, that child would still be alive.

Laken Riley, Jocelyn Nungaray, Kathryn Stenle. They would all be alive if we actually enforced our border and immigration laws. We will never let you forget that illegal immigrants killed those wonderful individuals.

Maybe we'll get lucky, and Trump will deport Democrats as well.
