    **Thread Title Update**

    I was going to hold out for game week to begin, but I think you are right.

    A bit of optimism has crept in for anyone holding out hope for Billy, but the next two weeks will probably bury that.

    Year 3 we should not suffer 3 (or more) blowouts. We have 2 already. Beating a terrible fsu should be a given. Beating 1 of the other 3 and not getting blown out is my marker for having any conversation about BN staying (beat 2 and definitely talking).

    Problem is this is year three and he needs to show progress, not promise process. Competing with top teams is the mark, beating uk is not, and losing a winnable game vs UT due to coaching (in year 3) ain’t helping. Rooting for Billy to take the red pill, but dubious.
