I'm mostly concerned about what DeSantis is doing to FL schools: Book bans, anti-LGBTQ legislation, oppressive policies in higher ed, eliminating support for DEI (which hurts the students). Worst of all is the move to privatize, using tax $ for private schools. Vouchers are the biggest sham in P12 education.

 

This is actually not true. Remember that Trump gave an interview for the National Association for Black Journalists. That's about as lion's den as a person with his record can get into. He's an extreme narcissist, so any chance for attention, he'll take it.
