Bill Clinton got it right: Harris, Biden’s broken border led to Laken Riley’s murder

Freudian slip. This was Bill Clinton’s way of reminding everyone he would have never allowed millions of unvetted immigrants to cross our border when he was president.

 

Who the hell actually believes that passing some law automatically solves some problem? Sometimes it helps, sometimes it hurts and sometimes it changes things in a totally new direction.

I would buy a book with this title: "What Actually Happened - the result of 25 laws passed by Congress, signed by the President and the true ramifications of each."
Have Democrats pick 10, have Pubs pick 10 and take 5 of the most expensive laws in the last 30 years and see what you get. My guess is a whole lot of waste.

There were much better and more cost effective ways to get those 30 million people healthcare. But in Jo’s head it’s all or nothing. But we all know why the ACA was the preferred method of the politicians. Both sides.

 

I think there is a reason you do not see Bill out on the stump much anymore. He is closer to 80 than 75 and has not been spending a lot of time on the campaign trail over the last eight years. I'd assume that they brought him out to help with male voters in the South. Not sure he was helping with those remarks.

Again, in your all or nothing limited capacity, you are missing my point. Neither party has been looking out for what’s best for the most people WRT to healthcare. It’s too good of a partisan issue(you are a perfect example) to actually resolve. If they didn’t have that issue then they actually might have to answer to their constituents about all of the wasted money that goes into the government budget. It’s more or less the same phenomenon as deficits. One side says the only way to resolve the deficit is to raise taxes and the other says the only way is to cut spending. Neither side moves.

My dad used to say “when the only tool in your toolbox is a hammer, you treat every problem like it’s a nail”. Be careful and watch out for your thumb Jo!

 

Willy isn’t as slick as he used to be. He also probably scratches his head a lot at the Dems saying “WTF are they doing”. I’m pretty sure that they didn’t ask Bill’s opinion on running the Kamala commercial of effeminate men supporting her during SEC football games.

That said, I would take him as president and Gingrich as Speaker back in a heartbeat.

If Biden's border policy led to Laken Riley's murder using the same logic the expiration of the federal assault rifle ban led to all of the school shootings in which AR-15 type rifles were used, Newtown, Uvalde and Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School coming immediately to mind.
