Fun when Muschamp was losing, or when Mullen was tanking? The staff is hurting your team. No doubt, we are winning and that's inexplicable but better than being behind.

 

I honestly think our players win this game despite the poor coaching. We can run on them and they can’t run on us.

I get that the SEC refs will call stuff in their favor, but what has Tennessee shown to give you that impression? We are dominating them as a tier 4 sec school.

Yes but no straight bashing . . . which is what many were doing. Just looking for an excuse. That last mistake was clearly coaching and was pretty bad. We don't need to hear FIRE HIM NOW!!!!! It's not going to happen and adds nothing to the OGT or the discussion. We're UP 3-0 at halftime. It should be more but 99% on this board, including me, expected it to be worse.

Armstrong calling a good game

 

Yeah but that's how a few games have gone for is over the last 2+ seasons. We leave wins in the schedule and then speculate how good we could have been.

 

We have generally been very poor in the 2nd half, particularly the 3rd quarter. Will find out shortly though. On the plus side we start with a DJ drive.

 

In the week leading up to the game, you figure if you can just play them close it would be a victory. It would show that we’re heading in the right direction. But now, if you don’t win, you’ll be heartbroken.

 

I feel bad for this defense. They put us in a great position for our offense to take control of this game. This falls squarely on you know who if we lose this game.

 

Before this game, I was thinking if we beat TN then we should be ranked in the 21 to 25 range. Now I think if we still win, we shouldn’t be ranked because Billy and his staff don’t deserve to be ranked after leaving about 17 points on the field.
