    The local power company gets the bill. They then go to the state and ask for an increase in usage of rates. Ultimately the ones getting their power back on are the ones that pay for the lineman

    There's obviously no reason to believe that anyone in the Trump organization or family did anything to help, well......anyone else. Ever.

    Sorry, that's just common sense and logic by now. Their scam -or minimally repayment- will come out in time. They're probably billing FEMA at summer rates. These things we know by now. By the time the scam comes out, attention will have shifted to a different shady deal or crime.
