    I'm surprised the headline reads "arrested on battery, assault charges" and not "battery and assault of an unborn child". The latter seems likely to get more clicks.

    The national media really needs to jump on Kirby and his thug program. How many more arrests have to happen? I hope that unborn child is going to be ok. I am surprised that assault on an unborn child is only a misdemeanor.

    Just looked it up, if physical harm come to the unborn child from the assault, it gets bumped up to a felony. Look for UGA to keep this quiet.
