I’ve been scanning Foxnews.com daily for stories on the Biden crime family, “the big guy” and his crime lord son Hunter. It’s sooooo weird. It’s almost like the GOP is completely full of shit.

I have a hard time understanding why you continue to post things that even you likely know are complete bullshit. There will be about 4,000,000 of these SARs filed each year. I will be surprised if even 1,000 of them involve crimes. Have you ever wired a down payment for a home that you are purchasing? SAR. Have you ever wired tuition to a private school for a child or grandchild? SAR. The beat goes on. Wire transfers or cash deposits for several thousand dollars or more generate SARs. As for the Biden crime family, Trump has been convicted of 40+ felonies, and his son-in law managed to wangle a few billion dollars from the Saudi's, among many other corrupt actions of the Trump family.

That should last just about as long as Marjorie Taylor Greene's modeling career.

Are you just trying to bump your own thread? Biden dropped out of the race months ago. Now if he goes and pardons his idiot son, then this might be worth bringing up again.

I am voting for Kamala but if Biden doesn’t pardon his son on his way out I will eat my gator hat.

One thought I had on that recently. Are all of the charges against Hunter federal, or are there state charges, too? The President can only pardon the former unless I am misinformed.

I think all he has been convicted of is gun charges and tax charges. Tax charges definitely federal. Gun I think is federal but I am not certain.

I just think it’s funny that the second the political capital of Hunter’s “laptop scandal” went out the window we quit hearing about it. That’s how we know it was total bullshit all along.

They're both federal and they're also examples of selective prosecution. Taxpayers who fail to pay taxes when due and later paid all of the past due taxes along with interest and penalties are usually not prosecuted for criminal tax evasion unless the the tax evasion was in conjunction with other crimes. Similarly, lying on a federal application to purchase firearms is also very seldom prosecuted as a stand alone crime. It's normally prosecuted only if the firearm was used in the commission of another crime or if the defendant has a criminal history.

To paraphrase a quote from Animal Farm; “All Civil Rights Groups are equal, but some are more equal than others”.

I would like to think that there are some civil rights groups out there that cringe with BLM being allowed to be grouped with them.

It's probably a combination of Biden looking like he is not going to last that much longer once he is out of office and Hunter pleading guilty to get all the cases settled before Jan '24. The question is if Trump wins, whether or not his DoJ will pursue charges against Joe and Jim Biden. If so, the laptop is likely going to come back up again and Hunter will not be able to take the 5th since he accepted a pardon.

He didn't accept a pardon. He hasn't been offered one. I hope after the election is over he gets one, the sentence he received is a joke. (Edit: I see he hasn't been sentenced yet, but could receive up to 17 years).

You can’t just make up things and then get outraged about them. That is not BLM’s position.

I think it is a safe assumption that Hunter is going to get pardoned now that Joe Biden is retiring from political office. He no longer has to worry about any political price he would have to pay for pardoning his son.
