More power to you! I long for a coach who adjusts quickly. Who doesn’t have a ton of red flags going into year 3. I want a coach who wants to score points.
I thought @workemsillyg8rs would want to contribute in my little D line post . Because he knows football on a much higher level than I he would elaborate. I could learn something. Where are you workem ?
The usual suspects will be out big time the first time the new coach loses, especially if it is Kiffin whether ole Miss beats us or not. . Just look at the ole Miss/KY thread. The new guy isn't getting a 2+ yr pass like Napier has As for the thread question, if Kiffin loses to Napier, he ain't the guy.
Well, for starters, I would suggest that you stop demanding that everyone at UF be fired when we lose a game. Next, I would suggest that you stop acting like an 8 year old who just ate a whole bag of marshmallows and washed them down with a Mountain Dew when we win. How's that?
I had to go back and reread your post. You're right. I saw the "complete" part and glossed over the previous statement. Sorry.
Unfortunately, you gotta turn your head sideways, squint and narrow your vision to the first half of the UCF game to see light in the BN tunnel. Maybe he (and his assistants) had a light bulb moment, but as my mom used to say “if you ain’t got a brain by 30 years old (20 for women), you are not likely to grow one now.” I bet the Vegas over/under for UF wins is still 4.5. As for the question of what if we beat ole miss, I think we worry about that bridge in the unlikely event BN blows it up.
Ran empty with 12 personnel. Not all that exciting. It would be nice to run it with 5 WR when Wilson and Mizell return. With Tank, Wilson, Mizell speed along with Badger and Dike….that is a great 5wr set and would play to our talent.
exactly my thoughts as well. Would love more empty and actually put stress on the defense. Those route concepts in that tweet shows how basic our offense is and why it stalls at times. Just frustrating because we ARE talented at WR, we just handcuff ourselves in how we utilize them. Play with more tempo would be my suggestion
absolutely. So talented that we could/should redshirt Abrams and a guy like Andy Jean (so he can get healthy) create some class separation imo. The room is talented and we’re bringing in VB3 next year too. Offense could be deadly if all of it comes together. And I also believe that Barber and Slaughter, who has both played well this year, aren’t going to the NFL after this year either, they’ll be back next season
Agreed. I have a feeling that Callaway is a positive influence but he doesn't have free rein. Still, we've run some decent play designs this year. I don't know if its just my memory of his Samford O that made us look silly influencing my thoughts or not. I would like to see Napier just give up all OC duties to Callaway and see what happens.
