Good economic data was greeted with “yea, the data looks good, BUT it’s a trend continuation that looks the same as Obama’s trend”. The debate was over what was responsible for the numbers… not if the numbers were real or not. These bots and trolls have the same playbook every month. “Don’t believe your eyes. If Trump should win the election and implement the Project 2025 proposal to replace career civil servants with political hacks the numbers would indeed become phony and unreliable.
