Find a yard to park in N of campus and pay the $25-$30, much more convenient than the garage and easier to get in and out if you know where you are going.
Do people hang out and tailgate in people's yards? I have never parked in someone's yard before to go to a game.
Absolutely...its a huge tailgating scene up there and shorter walk than from the Gale Lemerand garage down the hill to the South. Arrival and Departure is best from the North. If you try to go any other direction before you go 10-15 blocks North, you'll be tied up in traffic. 8th Ave moves pretty well E & W and 16th is even better.
True..but my parking spot is on campus..a couple blocks away from th Swamp..on Gale Lemerand Dr Not bad getting out..
I was thinking about driving down, parking, snacking around our vehicle for a few hours, and then heading into the stadium. I just do not want miss out on not being able to park and snack.
I plan to get there around 3ish..so I can park and I have a College of Education tailgate at Norman to attend after Gator Walk
I have done over 20k steps before....last years ut game..went with friends and we walked all over the place lol...
Just head out in the morning, grab a spot across from the new physics building and tailgate all day. Easy. Unless you can't tailgate there anymore.
Ok nice, I was thinking of leaving Jax about noon to head over that way to find a place to park, throw some chairs out, tailgate and hang out with the family. Me and my boys have tickets, the wife and girls just want to hang out and while the game is going hit up a restaurant or something. I am trying to get them to pick up a ticket, but that is not in the cards at the moment.
If there is a chance to screw something up this Administration will. Ever decision they make sucks . Been that way for years. They make it so unwelcoming to be on campus. This Administration would prefer everyone shuttle in . This is why are tailgate reputation sucks
