I for one hated Kiffin and thought he only had a job because he rode his daddy's reputation but he has become a very good coach and knows how to get the best out of his players (minus today lol). Yes he can be a jerk and rub people the wrong way and may leave us hanging but the guy would be a very good fit at UF and most importantly keep our class and Lagway on board. Im not sure what other name holds the class together and keeps Lagway on board.

Unfortunately, we are looking forward to a coach that just got beat by Kentucky and got his ass handed to him by Georgia the last time he played an elite team. Not all that encouraging

 

You are probably right, but it doesn’t change what I wrote. Kentucky is a win-or-pack-your-[stuff] game for Napier. No University of Florida coach gets to drop three straight against Kentucky and keep their job for another hour.

 

Not that stoops will leave Kentucky but people are crazy if they think he wouldn't do well here because of his ceiling at Kentucky. I'm not going to post Sabans record at Michigan state again but it was average at best with exception to his last year.

Now stoops wouldn't enjoy the talent advantage that Bama had due to the era that Saban ushered in via their unchecked "support system" but imagine florida defenses with Stoops at the helm. Get a proper OC and he could have a break through year here and there while fielding a competent team year in and year out.

 

Does the loss count as number one for our new coach LK.

See if you can’t list the reasons for me. I realize in your quest to keep Napier you have normalized sub-mediocrity in your own mind. I, myself, have not, you see. If UCF even keeps it close on our field, that is simply a function of the poor coaching you have come to accept as normal. Coach Kiffin is going to eat UCF for breakfast when he gets here.
