Kiffin at one point had 6 of the top 12 overall players committed in one season at USC before the wheels came off. I think Kiffin would hold our class together and probably be top 5 yearly after that. He is charismatic and players like playing for him...Florida is the nations hot bed of recruiting and he would do very well here.
One game is changing y’all’s opinion on Kiffin? And wanting Stoops and I saw another person mention JIMBO?! Wtf?
Yep ultimately it's all about w/l as a football coach so why pollute the conversation with all the non football innuendo. I have come to like Kiffin as a coach, but yea there are question marks and I'm fine if he stays at Ole Miss. Of course if there is a potential hire out there without question marks Id like to know who it is.
Yes, I would think it is safe to say we are solid in NIL but not currently in the top 5. Yet another reason Kiffen, or any other coach, is not stepping foot on campus to a no1 class.
Post Bush scholarship reductions and actual enforcement of recruiting rules probably a pretty significant portion of it.
Id guess recruiting post sanctions but just a guess. Or maybe he just was too young for the bright lights. It's not like anybody since Kiffin has killed it at USC. Orgeron, Helton, Sark all had their shot after him, didn't win any championships and got fired also.
