FoxNews says it was Trump, not Harris, who chickened out of the proposed FoxNews hosted debate

We all knew this to be the case. He got wrecked in that first debate, and what good could he possibly get from it happening again, on Fox News of all places? Then he and his cult can’t use the “3 on 1” regurgitated argument from mods simply doing their jobs and periodically fact checking some of his lies.

 

Didn't Harris have the option of committing to a Fox news debate on Sept 4th and her camp wouldn't commit?

After the ABC non-debate screwing, Trump wants payback to participate on Fox News. Brett Baier and Martha McCallum ain't gonna cut it. It's do it Trump's way or buzz off Fox News and Kamrade Kamala., means Trump picks the moderators this time.

Bret Baier is an actual journalist, one of the few remaining at Fox News. The last thing Trump wants is to participate in a debate moderated by an unbiased moderator. He would participate in a Fox News debate only if it was moderated by a Sean Hannity, a Jesse Watters or a Laura Ingraham.

Baier was said to have urged the network to reverse their call for AZ in 2020 because it was upsetting the viewers. Saying he’s a journalist is a stretch.

 

I quit watching the news division 5 years ago, not recently. I do watch Fox Buisness and CNBC.

I wasn't aware although compared with its prime time infotainment stars like Hannity, Watters, Ingraham and formerly Tucker Carlson, Baier is still much more of journalist.

I would say this means the internal polling at Trump headquarters shows they are ahead and moving up and if Kamala wanted to debate it means her pollsters are concerned with what they are seeing. Harris has to be desperate to want a second debate, particularly on Fox. If Trump changes his tune and agrees to a second debate it'll mean the momentum is running in Kamala's favor and he is the desperate one.
