Not defending anyone but just want to point out that Texas and Ole Miss have played 3 cupcakes, while Missouri, Tennessee, and Arkansas have played 2. We need to be better but the best offenses in the SEC all have inflated stats because they ran up the score on at least 2 teams while we did that to one. If we replace Miami with a cupcake and get 600+ yards instead of 261, then we're basically in the top 5 of total offense. Just some context but doesn't really matter. also.........................jesus good christ we had 261 yards against Miami. I just realized I never looked at the stat sheet.
i SWEEEAR i was thinking this too. I was looking at total defense in D1 then checked most of the SEC teams schedule and they’ve played some bums so far. Not excusing us as our stats probably gonna get worse, defensively lol, but context is needed with those stats
