The NCAA needs some new rules before it's too late. They can't do anything about NIL money, but they CAN do something about the whole free agency thing. Maybe limit a kid to one transfer in his or her college career. Or maybe two, with immediate playing time for the first and then sitting a year for the second. Then the colleges won't be so eager to throw outrageous money around if a kid can't contribute right away the 2nd time. I dunno, I'm spitballing here, but the current mess is getting out of control.
