Mertz is a pretty decent runner. That run that he broke his collar last year was unfortunate for him and probably cost us the next two games

I'm still a little nervous about declaring a Gator win on the road against a 5th year starting QB. Napier's road record is 1-7 and we've only regressed over time. It's still the 1st quarter.

 

Mertz just can’t throw downfield at all.

 

If we get jinxed we now have our escaped goat. LOL!

What gave it away? The 24 point home loss to Toledo last week?

 

Yup.. Too early to chalk this up as a W guys.

 

Hope so, but I have no faith in this defense.

Gators will probably be 3-2 going into the Tenn horror show. We are probably at the Kentucky level, which will be a toss up game. Possibly 4-3 going into the gauntlet run starting with Georgia.

Unfortunately, I have this sick feeling if BN gets 5 wins they will keep him another year.
