[POTUS said] “Hey, I don’t care if you use Guard, or Soldiers, active-duty Soldiers, do whatever you have to do. Just make it safe.” Obviously, Milley did not fulfill his boss’ demands, and we all know how that turned out. Then-Acting Secretary of Defense Christopher Miller’s comments, though, are even more shocking; he too recalls the former president asking for troops but just assumed it was “presidential banter.” The DOD and DOA reports on J6 did not condemn Trump for the ensuing riot that happened among the protesters at the Capitol. There is good reason, Trump did ask on J3 for the national guard to be onsite for a safe protest. It was others who for optics relating back to a previous year DC riot and those not wanting to see national guard troops on the Capitol grounds, Pelosi and Schumer which was confirmed by the head of the Capitol Police Sund who became the scapegoat a week after J6. DC Mayor Muriel Bowser also in writing stated all the help she wanted to see was a few troops helping with traffic. To top it off which wasn't included in the report, there were several in attendance on J3 that heard Trump give the order to use up to 10,000 troops. We now know it was Head of the Joint Chiefs General Milley who disobeyed a direct order from his Commander in Chief. Those with TDS carry on as you are a hopeless cause.
Why were there people there with bear spray, helmets and Meal Team 6 gear? Did it have anything to do with someone telling them that the election was stolen?

How do you explain the other part of Milley's testimony where he said that Trump didn't contact him once on Jan 6th once things went bad? It was Pence who finally gave the order to send in reinforcements.

Trump wanted troops at J6 to protect or back up his braindead army in whatever transgressions they were there to take--not to protect the Capitol.
