While taking issue with Herbstreit occasionally , I do give him props for how he supports Corso. And even though Corso is a Nole Homer, I do respect him. We should all be so lucky to make it to his age.

It's incredibly hard to move on from something you've loved your entire adult life, and yes, I speak from personal experience. Having the grace to leave when your acuity and stamina decline below the point of professional sustainability is painful even for the best of us. My heart really goes out to him. God bless the old boy; he'll be greatly missed when he's gone.
