If this even happens, it will be fun to watch MAGA suddenly oppose undeserved pardons granted for personal or political reasons. They obviously never cared about this before.

    Cue up the hypocrisy.

yes, now, but we do not know from either video that it was a one topic meeting. Much ado over nothing. The bigger news is there was a cabinet meeting.

If your point is Biden is probably too old to be there and some are trying to conceal that, I don’t disagree.

I’m not MAGA, but I have always opposed the practice of unrestricted pardons by governors and presidents. Every single pardon should be subject to judicial review, and the pardoning executives ought to have to explain their reasons in writing. If the judge suspects the reasons are not consistent with the intent of the power, then the pardon is invalid. Do I think President Biden is going to pardon his guilty idiot son? Yes. Do I think President Trump would do the same thing under the same circumstances? Without a doubt. Do I think either should have that power when it comes to family, friends, or political allies? Absolutely not.

My scenario is similar to ETGator1

    1. Trump beats Kamala and gets 312 to 319 EC votes

    2. Biden pardons Hunter (and other family members) AND Trump, claiming he is magnanimous bringing both sides together

    3. As I said previously Biden may resign around Christmas enhancing his legacy by installing the first female president. I'll give this a 25% chance

    4. Trump takes office as either the 47th or 48th president of the US.

Edit: Biden won't pardon Hunter before the election. And he can't resign before the election unless he really trusts Kamala to pardon his family. Don't think he trusts Kamala that much

If Biden is truly that bad now with respect to cognition EVERYONE with a functioning frontal lobe should care. He’s the damn leader of the free world and should be cognitively intact or step down.

At this point I don’t think Trump beats Harris thus most of your predictions don’t happen.

Mail-in ballot fraud will decrease substantially in this election due to some reforms being enacted. Republican requests for mail-in ballots are down. Democrat mail-in ballot requests are down twice as much. Less fraud favors Trump

Can anyone explain to me why the Biden impeachment push ended right around the time he dropped out of the race?

Just like abortion. For the first time in 4 decades the RNC party platform is not calling for a nationwide abortion ban. They just used abortion as an issue to gain the support of evangelicals. Now with that segment more than locked up for the GOP they are backing off it. They never cared about abortion. They just wanted to win. Hell I bet most GOP politicians would PREFER Roe had stood so they had that political arrow in their quiver instead of a campaign liability.

No pardon for Hunter, no leave early. We'll see soon if there is to be an October surprise other than Trump actually being allowed to be assassinated.

Unlike his grossly incompetent predecessor Ronald L. Rowe Jr., the current acting Director of the Secret Service is actually competent there is no way that he is going to allow Donald Trump to be assassinated. Keep in mind that the Secret Service actually did its job at the Trump International Golf Course in West Palm Beach and additionally Trump should have not even been playing on a golf course with three heavily traveled public roads and dense vegetation along its perimeter. The SS almost certainly recommended that Trump not play that course or similar ones where it's difficult to provide security and he undoubtedly overruled them. Even highly partisan Democrats that despise the former president would prefer that he be remembered as the loser that he is rather than as a martyr.
