If this was 1948, the Arab Street would be aflame with protests across the Middle East and North Africa over this operation. The fact that it is not and MBS put out a milquetoast statement like that about this operation shows that MBS and Saudi Arabia have move on from the Palestinian issue. I'm sure MBS had to have been ecstatic in private to see Iran embarrassed so badly over the last week.

Update: Israel is fighting Hezbollah hard and smart while obtaining spectacular results.

UPDATE: Israel Takes Out Dozens of Top Hezbollah Terrorists in Precision Strike (townhall.com)

Dozens of Hezbollah leaders along with Iran's IRGC have been taken out today. These monsters were planning an October 7 style massacre on Israel civilians. The only thing being planned now are Hezbollah and Iranian funerals.

"Ibrahim Aqil, the Head of Hezbollah's Operation Unit and the Commander of Hezbollah's elite Radian Forces, was eliminated in a targeted intelligence-based strike in Beirut earlier today," the Israeli Defense Forces confirmed on X Friday.

"During the strike, senior operatives in Hezbollah's Operations Staff and commanders from the Radwan Unit were eliminated alongside Aqil. Ibrahim Aqil and the Radwan commanders who were eliminated today were planning Hezbollah’s “Conquer the Galilee” attack plan, in which Hezbollah intended to infiltrate Israeli communities and kidnap and murder innocent civilians in a similar manner to the October 7 Massacre," the IDF statement continues. "The IDF will continue to remove the threat of Hezbollah's capabilities and will continue to operate in all arenas to protect Israeli civilians."

Israeli Officials believe that at least 30 Members of Hezbollah, including roughly 20 Senior Commanders, were Eliminated in today’s Strike on the Suburbs of Beirut.

What a brilliant operation? You wreck their communication abilities and identify the terrorists as well as who they are working with at the same time.

What hasn't changed since 1948 is Israel is seen as an occupier of Palestinian land from the river to the sea. Israel can stay and die like the pigs, or they can leave satisfying the only Palestinian demand that is acceptable to the Palestinian people.

MBS knows the Palestinian demand, yet he chooses to attack Israel in the international community rather than encourage the Palestinian people to make peace with the existence of Israel.

MBS knows he has to go through the motions on this but could not care less. His main priority is focusing the other Sunni nations against Iran. The Palestinians are a sideshow to that. It is not lost on him that Iran is the main sponsor of Hamas and Hezbollah. Our foreign policy should be focusing on supporting the Sunni nations as they try to counter Iran in the region.

I can't disagree with that so tell me why the democrat leadership under Biden/Harris has been so non-supportive of Saudi Arabia and more supportive of Iran?

It's a very valid question and one I think Biden should have to answer.

Said for a long time despite the detractors that the IDF strategy and tactics have been a clinic on how to conduct urban operations against an adversary willing to wage the type of warfare that Hamas, hezbollah and Quds are conducting . They will be studied and taught and duplicated.

Well, I'd take an answer from Harris now in her campaign. We didn't get a question or answer in the ABC non-debate.

None of the lamestream media is vetting Harris on any tough questions that by right to serve she should have to answer. The US has never been so pro Iran, anti-Israel, and allowing antisemitism to exist in our country.

Sorry about the 1-day delay in responding. Since you didn't tap the reply button, I didn't see your answer until this morning.

If only we were smart enough to duplicate their airport security using trained observation instead of shoe removal.

The Sunni’s were responsible for 9/11. It’s fundamentalism that is the enemy it doesn’t matter what religion. It’s the lack of critical thinking.

I’ve interacted with some El Al guys for various ‘events’. Interesting stories vs what we do for security.

And MBS has been cracking down on fundamentalism and the Muslim Brotherhood in the Kingdom and trying to drag the country into the 21st Century. The last Saudi ruler to have tried to do that do that ended up being assassinated. It's a dangerous task to try and accomplish.
