Agreed and amen. Actually, though, Miami was the last game in 1979, and UF played them tough, barely losing by 6. I remember listening on the radio in the rain. Let's not demean the snake-bit 1979 squad (that nonetheless played with passion) by comparing to this bunch.
I like that it's an early game, so when we lose, we have all day think up new innovative ways to insult Billy Napier.
I thought we would beat A&M. I’d like to think we can rally and beat Miss St. Team and staff have to come together and just play to win.
It’s tracking many of the other aspects of the gator football team: poor line of scrimmage play, poor play calling, poor secondary play, dumb penalties that kill our drives or aide our opponents drives, etc, etc.
Tell me you didn't pay attention to the game without telling me... Go back and watch the game, and you will see it.
This game and UCF are the last hope. If we get to 3-2, it may spark this team and give Napier an argument to finish out the season. But if we can’t beat a MSU club that got rocked by Toledo, we’re officially cooked.
Over under on Miss St rushing yards? If they get tired of passing I wouldn’t be surprised by north of 150 and they stink at running.
Have to win this one for the players and their confidence that it's worth playing the season. Our players need a win.
