My guess is that Swift’s endorsement will energize and drive her followers to vote that may not otherwise have spent the time voting.

Trump's committed voters would drink Trump branded poison before they would vote for Harris so their responses are meaningless.

Was listening to a story on the radio about Bangladesh's recent political upheaval. Their tyrant president fled the country, and the people chose nobel laureate Muhammad Yunus as their new president. Lots of information being made public now about how terrible the past president was. Disappearings of people who voiced dissent, some have been released, many can't be found and are assumed dead. Their past president was chosen democratically by their representative republic, but wanted to stay in power and was willing to cross the guardrails preserving the liberty of their people.

Scientific American magazine makes its second presidential endorsement in 179 years of operation. Apparently, Trump is viewed as an enemy of science as well as health and the environment ("drill, baby, drill!"), because Kamala Harris is getting their endorsement. The only other time they stepped into the political arena with an endorsement was for Biden in 2020. I wonder who the anti-science, anti-environment, and anti-health candidate was that Biden was running against?

Scientific American makes presidential endorsement for only the second time in its 179-year history

Here's a funny story. The producers of the "Apprentice" were horrified at Trump's incompetence at picking people to fire at the end of each episode. The people that the producers picked to succeed in the show's tasks were often the first to be fired. They had to go back and try to re-edit footage to make the best candidate look bad or else Trump would look "like a moron" for firing the wrong candidate.

Also funny: Trump used to call in to Forbes magazine reporters to hype himself and his wealth, pretending to be someone named "John Barron", which is not too far from "Don Morron". He did nothing to disguise his own voice. He wanted people to think he was wealthier than he was (to be listed on the Forbes 400) and more physically attractive. His actually net worth was $5 million at the time, but he was able to con Forbes magazine into putting him at $100 million. He even named his son after his alter-ego character. What a loser. I would be so embarrassed to vote for such a loser.

Here is the tape with "Barron" and the Forbes reporter:

A polling expert with Northwestern University is calling this election a likely landslide for Harris. Game Over. He looks at how much money is being bet on each candidate winning, and what the odds are of each candidate winning. He called the 2020 election to within 12 electoral votes.

Could there be a Kamala Harris landslide in November? The data scientist who correctly called the last election is betting yes

He was also calling reporters to tell stories in order to manipulate stock prices of his crummy companies.

Kind of amazing he wasn't jailed back then.

I remember the cover of The NY Post allegedly quoting Marla Maples just after their divorce “Best sex i’ve ever had”. No doubt in my mind this was either total fabrication by the paper and/or stipulated in the divorce settlement.

Trump insults women by wondering how a woman is doing better than Joe Biden was doing in the presidential race. And Trump, one of the dumbest presidential candidates in U.S. history, believes that Harris is not knowledgeable about various things.

Trump continues to display his senility, claiming that the crowd went crazy for him during the debate with Harris. Only one problem: there was no audience.

"Delusional and unsettling": Trump forgets there was no debate audience, claims crowd "went crazy"

How is it that she hasn't already been removed from the case? Is it really that difficult to have a judge found incompetent?

Judge in Trump’s classified documents case under fire for failing to disclose right-wing banquet (msn.com)

The Florida federal judge who dismissed the special counsel classified documents case against Donald Trump failed to properly disclose her attendance at a 2023 banquet funded by a conservative law school. The May 5, 2023, event at George Mason University was held in honor of the late conservative Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia and included attendees from the conservative legal group the Federalist Society and right-leaning judges from across the country.

One of the attendees included William H. Pryor Jr., chief judge of the 11th Circuit, which is currently hearing an appeal of Cannon’s decision in the documents case. Cannon failed to follow a 2006 rule requiring judges to disclose within 30 days their attendance at paid seminars that could pose or suggest the appearance of a conflict of interest, according to reporting from ProPublica.

“Judges administer the law, and we have a right to expect every judge to comply with the law,” Virginia Canter, chief ethics counsel for the watchdog group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), told the outlet.
