I hear this, and at face value I think it’s a fair position. Then I realize that the Republicans had the opportunity to vote for a more rational, sane, coherent candidate to represent the Party. But you people overwhelmingly chose Trump. And so when I now hear this, I don’t believe it. It’s just a deflection from a self-embarrassed, ashamed, closeted Trumpeteer.

That you obviously can't rebuke based on your lack of response.

Not embarrassed or ashamed, but more concerned about policies and philosophies that move our country forward and benefit the most people. I would hope you are ashamed for having voted for Biden/ Harris. FYI I did not vote for Trump in 2016 (Kasich) or 2020 (Jorgensen)

I chose not to....it would be a waste of time. I don't like needless confrontation which seems to be a popular pursuit on this board...

Aside from the court appointments I really don’t abhor Trump’s policies. He literally didn’t do anything but cut taxes for rich people in his first term. Didn’t build a wall, didn’t destroy Obamacare etc.

For me it’s really just about how awful he is as a human being and the fact that if he’s elected again, he will troll people who think the way I do on social media for another 4 years (I’m not concerned about him taking over as permanent dictator).

And before I get hit with a “mean tweets” or “orange man bad” dipshit response, I really can’t explain to those of you on the right what it’s like to be actively trolled on Twitter every day for 4 years by the potus. You’ll never have to experience it because we would never elect such a colossal dipshit - but rest assured if you ever had to experience a single day of what it’s like to have Trump as your president as a Democrat you would lose your mind. And for any of you that WANT that and think that’s a good thing - you’re a deplorable. You are who Hillary was talking about.

I can hold my head up high, look my children in they eye, look at the record job market, the record stock market, look at how we handled worldwide inflation better than other countries, and know I voted the right way.

And as for policy? Your guy runs on a platform of fear porn and when called to the mat, claims he has a great concept of a plan that will be forthcoming. As for his “policy” while in office? I’d just refer you to his 40 cabinet members that have told us, in no uncertain terms, that his policies sucked!

And then add in his complete and total shameless fabrication that the election was stolen—when the documentary evidence establishes beyond any shadow of a doubt that he and his entire team knew he was lying.

Then add in his pre-Presidency record, filled with STEALING FROM CHARITIES, bankrupting companies while stiffing creditors, serially cheating vendors, caught multiple times engaging in consumer fraud, and to those whom it matters, serially cheating on all of his spouses.

Then, add in the fact that he sexually abused a woman, and then after abusing her, mentally harassed and tormented her about it (leading to TWO civil judgments for about $100 million). Add in the way he lied to the government about holding our Nation’s most sensitive documents—under oath— and then orchestrated a plan to move the documents all over the Country to avoid getting caught with the documents.

And, let’s not forget his criminal conviction for defrauding the State and his lenders.

I am an independent, but I historically tend to vote for a Republican President. Voting for Trump is a line I cannot cross.

Trump is not morally or performatively qualified to hold ANY public office.

    But, clearly, vote your conscience.

There was no response (maybe that was a choice and if so, fair enough. But if it was unintentional, I would like to hear what you have to say, which is why I responded in the first instance)

I have seen first hand the effects of inflation on my patients. The food vs medication dilemma. Medications prescriptions not filled. Medical conditions not addressed. I had to scramble to secure alternative treatements. School loan forgiveness for those making over 100K? Really? 60% of families living pay check to pay check. Really? The stock market means squat to these families. I am happy your family has prospered during these times, but most have not.

I think the Dems would absolutely be all-in working to cap drug prices. There’s commonality there? Amazing.

Student loan forgiveness? I’m with you. And, so are the courts, so that’s not really an issue.

We can always get better. That requires great minds coming together. We know without a shadow of a doubt that Trump is incapable of bringing anyone who doesn’t swear fealty to him together. Maybe Kamala can do so, and I am giving her the chance.

Inflation has been tough on all of us. The US has actually fared much better than the rest of the industrialized world. But it happened globally. This is not just a partisan American problem. I know it’s reflexive to blame the guy in charge when the shit hits the fan but this was really not all just because of the smaller second stimulus package Biden passed (after the Trump stimulus).

Sorry, but I don't share your faith in Kamala. I do share your altruism. Peace to you brother. I am off to help my daughter in her nursing school pharmacology class. She is the apple of my eye and a genuinely caring human being.

At the dinner table tonight my son remarked that he didn't like Kamala Harris. My wife remarked that she was better than Trump. Son said that although he didn't like Harris he would vote for the Cologuard box or the AFLAC Duck before he would vote Donald Trump.

This message board serves as irrefutable evidence our your post. Dems are profoundly fubar with absolutely no perspective.
