Why should they declare a motive of a guy who is dead and can't tell us? Unless he left a note or manifesto, what are you going to uncover that isnt speculation? We have no idea what the motive was for the deadliest mass shooting in the US for the same reason.

Or when the city of Springfield, OH has to close schools and cancel events because of bomb threats made by Trump supporters after Trump and Vance continue to make false claims about Haitian immigrants eating pets? For that matter, what is the MSM supposed to do? Normalize this shit?

I think I did respond. Personally, I think there's been a lot of thoughts expressed on this thread, mostly trodding the same old ground: It's the Democrats fault for saying bad stuff about him, it's Trump-backed effort to get him up in the polls, it's the media's fault for saying bad stuff about him, it's Trump's fault for saying so many inflammatory things, the guy is on the left, the guy is on the right, the FBI is in on it, maybe the CIA too ...

In other words, there's a little more said than just "Trump needs to tone down ..."

Speaking only for myself and although I am probably leftist by your definition I don't hate those with different opinions although I do have little tolerance for individuals who advocate nativism, racism and demonstrate little compassion and empathy for those other than themselves and that's especially true with the politicians that they support.

 

I’d be interested to see that same poll with Harris. A lot of ratings for Biden seemed to be tied to the overwhelming dissatisfaction with his age.

Doesn't matter, what matters is that the far lefties on here and the MSM paint trump like hitler and most people see that it's a complete lie.
