he was playing in the first quarter. I saw him on drive 1 actually. So he played early. I turned game off after first quarter so don’t know if he played later.

If we were winning, it wouldn’t be an issue, but we aren’t. That DLine needs all the help it can get and we moved him to a new position and apparently he’s not good enough to see the field as if our current dudes are. Idk smh

I haven’t seen our receivers get much separation in the last three years while running a very predictable offense. In all fairness, the dude that is just a walk on got wide open up the seam and likely would have had a touchdown if he wasn’t overthrown. Lots of guys have walked on at Florida and had a ton of success.

If our NIL dudes gave as much effort as our walkons, we might have a decent team.

Maybe if the NIL package included incentives like wins and championships instead of just handing out money for non-productivity you would see better results.

It’s not a good look when your #1 WR likes an IG post saying the coach needs to be fired.

He also fell during a route that led to a DJ pick. It was an overthrow, but maybe a different receiver either brings it down or at least stays upright and prevents the DB from stepping up into space for the pick. I wouldn't call it his fault, but leaning so heavily on a walk on WR can have its drawbacks.

Hard to blame our players when it's likely the staff is incapable of training and managing what could be a good roster.

So UF players getting nil are pampered “biat**es.” Somehow uga, bama or even Texas A&M are hard nosed kids?

Nah. This is all a product of the guy getting paid $7M who can’t coach up players and the players know they are out there with 1 arm behind their back b/c the other coaches are schooling us. The players get crapped on (sometimes deservedly like the interception) but it is the coaches job to maximize talent, and the players know it is not happening.

Because they're running 6 yard patterns. They know if they go over the 10-15 yard mark, there's no chance of getting the ball.

Kelby Collins is a good player that we need to figure out a position and get him on the field. I could not agree more with Marcinko's article of 5 players that need to play more. Tyreek Sapp needs to be on the field every defensive snap that he physically can, and Bridges looks like the very best option at safety.

When Spierto and Alfonso Allen are getting snaps, is a defeat to one of the most talented rosters in the country any surprise? We have to prioritize Pyburn getting snaps over McCray. That's obvious.

Safety is even more glaring. How does Douglas get snaps over Bridges, Gates, Thornton, and pretty much anybody. He couldn't tackle at a respectable rate at Tulane and is even worse here when not blowing coverage assignments.

I can’t be convinced that our los isn’t lack of talent and it all starts there. Tgat said, coaching is obviously a problem also and we should be better.
