Apparently three top commanders and 11 other members of ISIS were killed in western Iraq, near the Syrian border. Several American troops were wounded in the helicopter raid. Seriously? And, yes, we still a have a good number of troops in Syria, too. It’s called Operation INHERENT RESOLVE and has only been going on for about 10 years.
10 years? Looks like we have "resolved" to be there forever, but I suppose that is "inherent" to US foreign policy
