Not so fast, sparky. The mayor of Palm Beach has had her fill of Trump's crime scene, Mar-a-Lago. Investigation starting.

Just as in 2020 and 2022, Pennsylvania has already announced they will not be counting through the night, a window for cheating. I hope the RNC has lots of election watchers ready to work for days and especially so in Philadelphia where they covered the windows and kicked out election watchers. Lawyer should be on site with the watchers.

In the absence of cheating again, I expect Trump to win Pennsylvania by 2% to 3%. Conservatives and independents are fed up with the democratic socialist communist party. Cackling Kamala flip flopping on fracking won't matter one bit. Flipping the state red can't get here soon enough.

I could care less whether the road is open or closed. I do care that dems don't succeed in getting Trump assassinated.

Just how do you think this little ditty is going to stop Florida from continuing to turn deeper red?

Don't think DeSantis is anything like Ohio's Mike DeWine:

DeSantis: Florida abortion Amendment 4 means ‘end of the pro-life movement’ (yahoo.com)

DeSantis will ride herd on the defeat of Amendment 4. He will work the republican majority to take down the proposed constitutional amendment on abortion. What happened in Ohio is not going to happen in Florida:

    Fri, August 16, 2024
TAMPA — The opposition to Amendment 4 is getting organized, and Gov. Ron DeSantis is leading the resistance.

At an event at Jesuit High School on Thursday, DeSantis galvanized opposition to the amendment, which would end most abortion restrictions in Florida. In front of a packed auditorium crowd of a few hundred, Florida’s Republican governor laid out what he said are the stakes in November.

“If you care about building a culture of life in this state or this country, them winning in Florida I think really represents the end of the pro-life movement,” DeSantis said.

Amendment 4 would bar lawmakers from banning abortion before a fetus is viable — undoing the current six-week ban on the books. The amendment would also allow for abortions in cases when the mother’s health is threatened “as determined by the patient’s healthcare provider.” It needs 60% voter approval to pass.

Looks like Newsweek has been reading this thread:

GOP voter registration four times higher than Democrats in Pennsylvania

Pennsylvania is in process of turning into the Free State of Pennsylvania.

Voter registration among Republicans is four times higher than it is among Democrats in Pennsylvania, according to new data.

Decision Desk data shows that GOP voter registration surged in July, with more than 21,000 Republicans signing up to vote. In contrast, only 5,000 Democrats registered to vote in July 2024.

The data also shows that since November 2020, the number of Democrats registered to vote in the state has decreased by more than 320,000. Meanwhile, the number of Republicans registered to vote has also dropped, but by a much smaller margin, with 1,400 fewer voters since 2020.

And yet Republicans haven't won a single statewide election in Pennsylvania since 2016.

Update on Pennsylvania through August 26, 2024

    August 12, 2024
    Democrats 3,901,732
    Republicans 3,545,635
    Difference 356,097

    August 26, 2024
    Democrats 3,908,854
    Republicans 3,556,628
    Difference 352,226

    2 Week Difference +3,871 Republicans

The last day to register for the national election is October 21, 2024. Projecting the 2-week difference to the last day to vote, 8 weeks from August 26 to October 21:

    Difference 352,226 - August 26
    Difference 336,742 - October 21

Since the 2022 midterms and projected through the 2024 national election deadline, republicans will have reduced the difference from 549,568 to 336,742, a projected difference reduction of 212,826. The march to becoming a red state continues for Pennsylvania.

With both parties targeting Pennsylvania, it'll be interesting to see how close Pennsylvania gets to this projection.

It would be a good thing if the Free State of Florida updated voter registrations weekly rather than monthly.

The Pennsylvania change from a blue state to a red state has been happening since 2016. The democratic Midwest blue wall has a major crack in it:

Election Reports | Department of State | Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

Voter Registrations by Party at End of 2016:

    Democrats 4,172,826
    Republicans 3,280,202
    Difference 892,624

Voter Registrations by Party at End of 2020:

    Democrats 4,183,292
    Republicans 3,517,090
    Difference 666,202

Voter Registrations by Party through August 26, 2024:

    Democrats 3,908,854
    Republicans 3,556,628
    Difference 352,226

Difference Since End of 2016: 540,398

Since 2016, Republicans have been gaining registrations and democrats have been losing registrations.

Solid data. Thanks for posting. Kamala Harris definitely has a problem in Pennsylvania. When you consider Biden only won PA by 88,000 votes, a swing of 310,000 net registered voters to the GOP side since the 2020 election is eye-popping. Biden also likely benefitted from the fact he is from PA.

Might want to look at NPA registrations. Those are young people and they may not be registering as Dems but they ain't going to be voting GQP.

This speaks for itself. Doesn't seem like the change in party registration made any difference in the end. Party registration is probably a lagging indicator. The voters who changed their registration probably starting voting Republican years prior to their formal change of party registration. I would also add the former president endorsed and campaigned on behalf of both Mastriano and Oz.

Historically, NPA has broken towards republican. It's how republicans have won statewide elections when democrats had huge advantages in registration over republicans.

    2022 NPA 4,032,731
    2024 NPA 3,544,576

That's a big drop in NPA in 1 year/8 months. Just a guess, it's likely NPA has been switching to the republican party. Nothing like a democratic administration in the WH that has gotten everything they wanted spectacularly failing the American people to get voters to make a move to the republican party. Democratic party momentum in Florida has been dead for quite a while.

The same thing is happening in Pennsylvania at a slower pace than Florida.

    Difference 666,202

Voter Registrations by Party at End of 2022:

    Democrats 3,957,613
    Republicans 3,450,718
    Difference 506,895

Voter Registrations by Party through August 26, 2024:

    Democrats 3,908,854
    Republicans 3,556,628
    Difference 352,226

Voter Registrations by Party through September 9, 2024:

    Democrats 3,916,743
    Republicans 3,568,954
    Difference 347,789

Difference Since End of 2016 in Republican Favor: 544,835
Difference Since End of 2020 in Republican Favor: 318,413
Difference Since End of 2022 in Republican Favor: 159,106

Since 2016, Republicans have been gaining registrations and democrats have been losing registrations.

Voter registration to vote in the national election ends 10/21/24.

August 26 Projected Difference to October 21: 336,742
September 9 Projected Difference to October 21: 334,478

Republicans have more momentum than democrats as the national election 10/21 voter registration deadline approaches, 6 weeks remaining to register and vote.

Pennsylvania is a hard fought over toss up state. Can the higher voter registration numbers put the democrats over the top?

Due to fracking, Biden/Harrisflation, open borders, and the Harris/Walz ticket being the most woketard liberal ticket the US has ever seen, Pennsylvania voters are going to turn out for Trump on election day. Hopefully, they vote down ballot that way too.

Ask Gov. Doug Mastriano and Sen. Mehmet Oz about Pennsylvania's change from a blue state to a red state. See post #75 in this thread.

Just because someone registers as a Republican doesn't mean they are going to vote for a rapist, thief and serial liar. Many Republicans actually have moral standards.

    Update on Pennsylvania Voter Registrations:

Voter Registrations by Party through September 16, 2024:

    Democrats 3,925,766
    Republicans 3,582,695
    Difference 343,071
    Republican Favored One-Week Difference 4,718
    10/21 Projected Difference 319,481

Th 4,718 advantage republican is more than the previous 2 weeks combined. The difference is dropping at a more rapid rate. If Kamrade Kamala came out of the debate with any advantage in Pennsylvania which I doubt, the people registering to vote don't reflect it. It appears to be advantage Trump.
