This is silly talk. Yes, go ahead and fire Napier. The program is officially a disaster under him. But don't believe for a second that firing the coach and counting on whichever assistant to actually make the team play better. It will just get worse, but yeah rip the bandaid off and get rid of this dude. We've all seen enough.

 

Our UAA has not shown they’ll pay whatever it takes to get a proven coach. We are doomed.

I don't care for Isla Scotches, due to the smoky/peatyness. I very much enjoy highlands and speysides (to a certain degree). Some of the best bourbons I have enjoyed take it to another level.

 

I’m not sure you fire him until after the season just because that loses your class and makes current players start actively looking for other schools but he cannot stay for a 4th year after this start to the season.

Whether now or later, he must be fired at some point before December. There is no improvement, in fact I think there is regression.

 

I can't believe how bad top to bottom this team is. It is even harder to accept as I watch Kentucky have fight in them against UGA.

My opinion is Napier won't be gone until there are multiple games with few fans in the stands. It seems that when there aren't many overpriced beers, pretzels, sodas, sandwiches, hotel rooms, and dinners around town being purchased, then pressure will be applied.

 

Money paid to head coach is not the issue. Hell, we’ve paid millions for guys to leave the program.

He's not going anywhere likely. Interim president won't, and shouldn't, hire an AD. After repeated failures as AD no way they let him hire the next coach.
