Don’t know what they’d be giving him cash for. Probably just homesick.

Two clean games for ST. Hopefully that's a good sign that the ST staff changes that were made are helping.

No, I know that. I was deliberately exaggerating the "mom" part, but it is not hard to infer the additional insult out of his words.

Add me to the list in thinking Baugh might be our best back. I know he fumbled but that’s a given freshman mistake. That guy is so explosive and BIG!

Some people get wrapped up in the legacy thing. I wasn’t that enamored with him coming out of high school. He didn’t do much of anything at Stanford. Can’t imagine TAMU paid anything to get him or recruited him very hard in the portal. Was probably more of a “we’ll take you if you want to come” thing.

Kids say stuff like that all the time. Rarely do they mean it. Chief Borders talked all about his education and how important it was. He’s at his third school now, still trying to get on the football field.

It’s already been said. In reality he said it in code on day 2 assuming GM passes protocol which seemed confident.

The Meyer play calling was done by CDM. Tebow always thanked him first, after God and stuff of course.

Hasn’t the best of them both been displayed already? Both started a game, and DJ came in the same game Mertz was literally getting banged up and doing nothing and DJ came in and had three amazing pointless drives. Came in and started his first game and did better in that role, against Samford, but still better than anyone else EVER has. What more needs to be seen? Should we let it get behind and bring him in before it’s too late. Or god forbid he starts, does good, and then pulled.

I was thinking….if the right side is bad, move Barber back there and Manuel to LT where he’s anchored by Harris (who’s been somewhat solid imo) and Slaughter.

Barber can help the RG much like Torrence helped him 2 years ago when Torrence was at RG and he was at RT.

    Just a thought

He was at Stanford for four years. Maybe he already graduated.

I just thought about that, too, and, so I just looked it up. Should have done that first. Seems like that recruiting cycle was just a couple of years ago, but, yes, in fact, he is a Stanford graduate. Impressive. Mystery solved.
